Whenever you want to reduce the cost of the electricity bill and have a surface for the arrangement of photovoltaic modules: a floor, a terrace, a roof or a canopy; GESTIÓN DE TECNOLOGÍAS Y ENERGÍAS RENOVABLES, S.L. performs an energy saving study with the net present value (NPV) of the required investment taking into account the expected savings, the internal rate of return (IRR) when these savings are equal to the investment and the return period (PAYBACK); profitability that will depend on the location, orientation and size of the available surface. Where appropriate, GESTIÓN DE TECNOLOGÍAS Y ENERGÍAS RENOVABLES, S.L. facilitates access to its financing with a lower installment than the planned savings and, therefore, without reducing the debt capacity.
If the client decides to incorporate said installation, GESTIÓN DE TECNOLOGÍAS Y ENERGÍAS RENOVABLES, S.L. is in charge of obtaining all the necessary permits before its execution, its assembly and commissioning with qualified personnel and authorized installers; as well as its final legalization with the required authorization for commissioning by the competent authority.
